Nature: Risk Management, Internal Control & ESG Advisory
Location: Hong Kong
We are looking for fresh graduates to join our expanding risk advisory team of our Hong Kong office. Our consultants will have the opportunities to have a wide range of exposure to various industries of our listed and unlisted clients for different needs. Our risk advisory services include:
- Perform risk management and internal control review engagements and / or risk advisory engagements for our clients listed / undergoing IPO application in Hong Kong;
- Advising companies and stakeholders in complying with the latest requirements under the revised Corporate Governance Code and Corporate Governance Report of the HKEX
Responsibilities:
Consultants will work as a team in general, with our partner, managers and other senior consultants. You are expected to:
- Perform risk assessment and identify control weaknesses of our clients;
- Review client’s internal control system and make recommendations for improvement to achieve risk management objectives;
- Participate in client interview, market research, data analysis and report drafting;
- Assist clients for ESG reporting in accordance to The Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s ESG publishing
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in accounting, business-related, Economics, Corporate Governance or other relevant disciplines
- Willing to learn and proactive personality
- Logical thinker with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and willing to travel to PRC
- Demonstrable knowledge in carbon and/or sustainability reporting is a plus
